Restore Therapy Terms and Conditions

  1. When booking, a £75 non-refundable deposit will be included in the payment.
  2. When more than 21 days’ notice of cancellation is given in writing, refunds will be made of the balance paid, excluding the £75 non-refundable deposit.  Alternatively, enrolment may be transferred to an alternative course/workshop. Transfers are subject to a £20 administration charge.
  3. Where a transfer is made to an alternative course, any additional balance due will be the difference between the payments made, the price of the newly selected course and the administration charge.When 21 days or less is given for a cancellation, the full course/workshop payment is non-refundable. Alternatively, enrolment can be transferred to a suitably qualified substitute attendee. There will be a £20 administration charge, payable at the time of substitution.
  4. Courses/workshops must be paid in full before the start date.
  5. In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel courses/workshops, under such circumstance a full refund or the chance to select an alternative date will be offered.
  6. We reserve the right to change venue where necessary.
  7. All attendees are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their professional qualifications.
  8. All attendees must have comprehensive up-to-date professional insurance.
  9. Late arrival of more than 30 minutes may mean you will not be allowed to join the course/workshop as essential theory is usually covered at the start of the day.
  10. The full duration of the training must be attended to receive a certificate.
  11. The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in all course materials shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Restore Therapy Training. You undertake that you will not copy or permit the copying of course materials, nor disclose or permit the disclosure to any third parties, nor use the same or similar material for running your own courses.
  12. Restore Therapy Training is not responsible for the treatments given by any course or workshop attendee, or any adverse reaction to treatment from one of the students, outside the training workshops or courses.
  13. Restore Therapy Training makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Restore Therapy Training disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  14. Restore Therapy Training reserves the right to revise its policies at any time. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
  15. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you to process your registration and to provide you with the best possible service.
  16. Anyone registering for training or subscribing to email updates will be added to our mailing list. Your data is never shared with a 3rd party. We will give you the chance to unsubscribe from marketing or newsletter emails.
  17. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
  18. Disruptive or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated in the classroom, telephone or via email and may result in forfeiting an attendee’s place on the course/workshop and the deposit.
