Includes online pre-course learning, live Zoom lesson and two days in-person with a case study requirement. See the full schedule below: Online self-paced theory: Allow 3-4 hours to complete your theory learning in advance of your Welcome Zoom. Online Live Welcome Zoom: Monday 13th October 6.30pm-8pm NZST In-person: Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 October 9:30am – 5:30pm each day Case study treatments: Attendees must complete two treatments with two different clients (total 4 treatments). Allow 90 minutes per treatment to include paperwork. Case study submission: Monday 17 November Online Live Final Zoom: Monday 24th November 6.30m- 8pm NZST If you are unable to attend the live Zoom dates shown, this is non-essential and the Zoom lesson is optional. Location: Auckland, New Zealand Group size: Maximum 14 attendees International tutor and event organiser: Janna Hawkins Online resources are available for 12 months from enrolment with an option to extend. Certification: A pdf certification is issued on or before 28 November (note the certification is issued from UK, please allow for time differences). Online learning resources including bonus demonstration videos and marketing materials are available for 12 months from enrolment date.
Attendee pre-requisites
Attendees must be professionally qualified in manual therapy such as physiotherapy, massage therapy, osteopathy or occupational therapy etc. At least one year’s experience in your professional therapy is required No previous knowledge or experience of scars or scar therapy is needed, but oncology experience is helpful. Attendees booking must hold up-to-date professional insurance (suitable for their background)
