1. Payment Terms: All courses must be paid in full before access is given to the online material.

2. Access: This purchase is for a 12-month duration. This can be extended for a monthly fee of £3.99 once the 12 months has expired if required to finish the course

3. Reminders: You will receive automated weekly reminders from our training platform to your registered email address, to help prompt you to complete your course.

4. Refund policy: If you are not satisfied with the course, please get in touch via email to: admin@restoretherapy.co.uk within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will only be issued if you have not proceeded with the course material beyond the first full “Patient Care” lesson.

5. Certificate: The full course must be completed to receive a certificate.

6. Certification: This course is unassessed and so the certificate issued does not mean that the recipient is safe to offer scar therapy either professionally or personally.

7. Copyright: The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in all course materials shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Restore Therapy Training and Restore Therapy Ltd. You undertake that you will not copy or permit the copying of course materials nor disclose or permit the disclosure to any third parties, nor use the same or similar material for running your own courses or events.

8. Updates: It is the responsibility of the therapist to keep informed and continue to study the subjects covered in our events. Medical advances or new research may require therapists to make adaptions to advice given based on new information or medical advances.

9. Warranties: Restore Therapy Ltd makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, for services we provide. Restore Therapy Training disclaims any warranty, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Policies: Restore Therapy Ltd reserves the right to revise its policies at any time. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Privacy: Restore Therapy Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy. The information you provide will be used lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). Your information is only collected to process your registration for the course and to provide you with the best possible service.

12. Data Protection: Anyone registering for training or subscribing to email updates, will be added to the Restore Therapy Ltd mailing list. Your data is never shared with a 3rd party. Therapists can request to unsubscribe from marketing and/or newsletter emails.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies, we will delete or correct it promptly.

13. Replacement Documentation: Replacement documents such as lost certificates, manuals or supporting documents are charged at £20 for the administration time.
