Celebrating Emma Louth: Bringing Comfort and Care to People Affected by Cancer

We are so proud of one of our amazing trained therapists, Emma Louth, who is making a huge difference in her community through her work. Emma Louth runs EL Beauty & Therapy in Admaston.

Emma has recently partnered with the Lingen Davies Cancer Fund to offer free oncology facials, restorative scar therapy, and massage treatments to people affected by cancer. Thanks to this support, clients can now access nurturing, specialist care at no cost—something Emma has always been passionate about making available.

A Journey Inspired by Love

Emma’s story is deeply personal. Nine years ago, she lost her mum to cancer. Alongside her grief, she noticed how difficult it was for people going through treatment to access safe, appropriate touch therapies. Insurance barriers and a lack of awareness often left people without support at a time when they needed it most.

That experience inspired her to retrain and specialise in oncology massage and scar therapy. She wanted to be the therapist her mum—and so many others—might have wished for during their journey.

Gentle Touch, Real Change

Now, with more than 30 years of experience behind her, Emma is creating real change. She works with people recovering from surgery, treatment, or the emotional weight of cancer. Her gentle approach helps clients:

💜 Relieve tension and discomfort
💜 Reconnect with their bodies after surgery
💜 Ease the appearance and tightness of scars
💜 Find emotional release and deep relaxation

For many, these sessions are not just treatments—they are moments of care, kindness, and healing.

Recognised and Valued

The response has been incredible. The Lingen Davies Cancer Fund described Emma’s treatments as a “lifeline” for people coping with the stress and challenges of cancer. The demand for her work speaks volumes about the safe and supportive space she has created.

Why We’re So Proud

Seeing Emma take what she learned in her training and use it to bring comfort, confidence, and connection to others is exactly why we do what we do. She is an inspiration to her clients, to her community, and to us.

Thank you, Emma, for your passion, your care, and for showing just how powerful scar therapy and oncology touch treatments can be.
