Online enrolment is activated four weeks before your course and you will have continued access to the course modules via your student dashboard for 12 months. What you will learn from this course
The Restore Therapy Practitioner course will enable you to provide a scar treatment including scar massage, scar stretch, negative pressure treatment and intraoral techniques, with an understanding of how to use the techniques for different symptoms and common complications. You can expect to help people with itching, pain, limited movement, cosmetically inferior scars and symptoms associated with internal adhesions. Treatment may not completely resolve issues, but can often provide symptom relief. In early scar healing you will be able to advise on topical products and self-scar care. If you are already trained to use kinesiology tape, you can use the application methods shown on this course in a professional capacity.
